THAT IS IT.

I am shutting my Macbook and decluttering my house right now. You all have inspired me to clean my house.

I vow to come back here in one week with pictures.

Can't wait to see your pics, honeydee!

OP and others, love your houses! Everything looks great! Instead of relaxing during DS's nap, I'm off to declutter the linen closet. Thanks for the inspiration, ladies!!

not all of my rooms are there as i have yet to finish taking photos of everything. not enough hours in the day for everything! lol!

I absolutely adore your home!

Its an Art Deco style home right?

We have homes like that in the preserved historical area in Fort Worth. Its exactly the kind of house we've been searching for! Historical homes such as an Art Deco can be a bit pricey tho.

OOh, I'm game. I just shared this set on the Waldorf forum, as we plan on being Waldorf-inspired homeschoolers.

I grew up in a terribly cluttered house (from a long line of hoarders) so I think that I've gone in the opposite direction because of that. I really hate clutter and have tried hard in the past few years especially to get rid of anything unnecessary or unloved. I feel so much lighter now and when we moved into this house last June, it really was a breeze, because we didn't have so much extra stuff accumulated.

Here are the pics.

njsummer01, I love your tile mosaic in the kitchen. So pretty.

We use DD2's future room for drying clothes as well. Great minds think alike.

What a peaceful home. I love the mosaic in the kitchen. Did you make it?

so, I walked around my home today to take pictures of clean and clear spaces... as a result I am not yet sharing images of: my children's bedrooms, my living room, garage (baaad!), backyard, laundry room and certainly not my own closet. ok so none of the closets besides the vacuum one

I plan to upload more tomorrow, after I have cleaned and organized because my IL's are coming for a visit (uh, tomorrow).

anyhow, here's (parts) of my home we have not decorated or hung up pictures yet, nor do we have much furniture except in the living room, and that is a disaster ATM!
