I don't eat too many fermenting foods. This weekend I made falafel with tahini sauce and curried beef (yum!!)
I try to stay away from carbs in general. I am not anywhere near perfect!!! (today i needed a soda....yikes!!


. I do try to eat protein snacks in general (cheese, almonds, peanutbutter on an apple)
I am using this (coconut oil) as a tool in my diet to help curb the sugar cravings.
I ran into one problem I was not eating enough ( I think I feel full) I am having dizzy spells. I have had this problem before and it stems from not enough iron. So, now I am taking a liquid herbal supplement and making sure I eat well.
I know also that when I don't eat enough my body will go into starvation mode (not good for me and more importantly the baby!) and not lose the weight.
