I've been eating a lot of CO (well, CO and peanut butter candies
), but I haven't gotten down the acv yet...I'll try to add it soon.
I didn't have digestive issues with the CO last week, but I think I might this week.
I do have trouble eating enough food...I've gotten light-headed a few times from lack of food...I'm just not hungry! BUT I don't want my body to drop into starvation mode. This week I am eating less CO and trying to remember to eat more food.
The scale hasn't moved, but I'm in the middle of my cycle so we'll see how it all ends up in a few days.
I really shouldn't start everything at once, but I also added raw honey at bedtime b/c I needed some good sleep and...Ive had 4 amazing nights of sleep!
I wake up hungry and very "clean" feeling and I think it's the CO affecting my metabolism.
