So yesterday I was able to find some extra virgin co and I picked up some acv vinegar. I was so excited to try it this morning, but omg, I am fighting to hold down the co (and I only took 1/2 tbs). The acv wasn't bad (and I took a full 1 tbs of that), but the co was.
So I have 2 questions. Is 1 tbs enough daily (split between 2 doses)? And does it get easier?

I think maybe I didn't melt it enough, so tonight I'll make sure it's melted all the way.

Working on it. I am not craving sugar this week at all, last week I was but I wasn't getting enough coconut oil I think (I believe I'm getting in at least 3 tbl a day now). I'm also taking the raw Bragg's apple cider vinegar this week as well, today I am up to 1 tbl in the morning and evening. I feel really good today, more energy.
