The Reader

I just finished The Reader. It only took me a few hours altogether as it is pretty short (218 pages). It was so good! Very much not normal and even taboo which I loved about it. It shows humanity in places we generally don't look for it.

Anywho I just had to recommend it! I got it from the library but I will own it and will read it again. It has become one of my favorites already.

Can't wait for the movie simply because I love Kate Winslet and Ralph Fiennes.

I read your post and then went downstairs (at work) and saw it on the shelf. I read it in under 3 hours! I loved it. Thanks for the post!!

It took me about that long too. I read about 50 pages of it the night I got it and then read the rest in 2 hours while DD#3 napped. So good! I might read it again before I return it to the library.
