Anyone else have baby fever already?

So DD will be 2 months tomorrow, and I'm already dreaming of #3! She's such a sweet baby, and now that DS has adjusted more to having her around, things are getting easier. DH says we're done, but I would love at least one more. Am I the only crazy one here?

Me too! Am I insane? My 3 year old is driving me nuts, and dd is keeping me up until 1am every night with her fussing...and I really hate being pregnant, had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies. Dh and I had agreed we were done. But now I just keep thinking about a third. I haven't found 2 as hard as I thought. I'm 35 right now, so I think my body's telling me it's now or never. Dh will never agree to a third, but I still keep thinking about it. Babies are just so sweet and cute!

We're talking about the possibility of a 3rd, but I am in no way ready for one right now. We have said that if we are going to have another one it will be in like 5 years. I'm just now 25, so I'm still young enough to do that. There are 7 years between ds1 and ds2, and I think that might have been too much.

See I'll be 30 in April, so if we have a third I would want it to be sometime in the next three years.

If I only had 2 like you, I would probably be thinking the same as you. When I had baby #4 I was still in postpartum in the hospital watching Baby Story, and I was missing being pregnant, and thinking of #5! Dh thought I was crazy!!! We have 5 now though, and are both sure that this one is the last!!! I dedicated my 20's years to birthing my babes, and now it is time to enjoy them growing up.

I'm not sure if I want another or not, but I have been thinking about it A LOT. I do really miss being pregnant and I've never felt this way so soon after having my other two. I see pregnant woman and have belly envy. It makes me so sad to think this one could be the last I just don't know if we should do it again.

I have baby fever. I think that knowing we're going to have another has egged it on, and knowing that it could take a while to get pregnant (we tried for all three boys: 17 cycles, 6 cycles, and 2.5 years, in that order) has made me want to start trying like...NOW. I know that's not really possible or a very bright decision on my part, but I'm totally open to being pregnant soon, as long as I'd get to nurse for my minimum of 12 months without having to supplement when my milk disappears for a little while, KWIM? If nothing happens w/o preventing, the plan is to go for Clomid when Silas is about 18 months.

I sort of do. I think it's more pregnancy fever than baby fever though. I LOVED being pregnant and really miss it. If we decide to have another, I'll be really happy. If we don't, then I'm fine with that too. But I'd wait to have another for at least a year or two. I haven't gone on any BC yet, and a small part of me hopes that I'll just "accidentally" get pregnant and have the decision made for me. But you have to have sex to get pregnant. and there hasn't been much of that happening in our house lately due to work and baby...

I have it too. I know that it's the wrooong timing for another baby but I do have baby fever.

For the mamas that wouldn't mind being pregnant again, soon even, you are lucky! You don't have to worry about BC! It's such a worry of mine (we are done) that it kind of takes away from the experience when we do DTD. I'm 29 and still have quite a few years left where I have to be mindful that if DH and I are not careful a baby could be on the way. What I would do for peace of mind!

I didn't have GD but I was sick, still am

I did get pangs of baby fever when my other ones were infants, but not this early on.

I am sad that this is our last one and it seems to be making the time fly by faster, to me anyways.

I'd love another one, but most likely this will be our last. We just had baby #2 and I know it's far fewer than many here, but having 2 kids is very stressful to me compared to only one. I just don't think I could handle/juggle 3 kids very well and I think it would stress my relationship with DH just too much. So I guess I'd say I'd love to have another baby, but don't think I want to raise another child.

Sigh. I'm sad to think of not having anymore. I really didn't enjoy the first few months with DD1 and I'm loving this time with DD2. Well, you never know what the future will hold.

My dd is 5.5 mo on Thursday, and I'm already thinking of our next baby. My husband just wants her to sleep through the night

I'll have to wait until I have a maternity rider on our insurance plan, however, and then they make you wait 10 more months after beginning to pay into the plan. Sigh.

I have the baby fever. But gosh, I did not enjoy being pregnant! Oh my Lord, did it take a toll on by back! By the end I wasn't really walking anymore. I was riding electric carts around grocery stores. But for some reason I want another one. lol. I keep saying I like the end result. But the end result has dumped PPD in my lap... so how can I say that? : Ugh... I don't know. I have been thinking about when i'd like to have the next one. I was thinking maybe giving birth in April 2010. Idk.

I have PPD too. Now that I'm on meds though, things are much better.
