Mini lights that are battery operated??

We made a small advent tree and want to add lights to it. The only mini lights I find have this HUGE battery box that takes C batteries.. is there anything out there that has a tiny little battery box??

I work at Michaels and we sell one. The box I think is about 3x3x.5. That might work?

The one I found was at Michaels and the battery box is bigger than I'd like, it takes 2 C batteries!

I'd love something that took AAA or even button batteries.. small!!
