ARGH. My stupid DVR lost the recording half way thru. Did anyone watch? I got to where Lupo was let go on bail and the New York ADAs were working to figure out what the deal was with the creepy small town cops.

Apparently the Sheriff was crooked. He'd been using the victim as a confidential informant and had cleared him of all charges when he raped that woman. The guy that got shot went to go apologize to the woman and the sheriff was afraid he's was going to rat him out so he followed him into NYC and killed him. I think that's it. I was reading and kinda watching AT it, not watching closely so I'm not sure if that was everything!

YAY, thanks. I now know who actually killed the guy.
