RED or GREEN? - December in Albuquerque - Page 11

I haven't decided what to bring. But ASF, I vote the soup! And that's not because I was thinking of bringing cupcakes.

Kara, Happy Birthday to your dd!

I don't think we'll make it My voice left with Santa and hasn't really come back yet. I don't think I would be much fun having to mime everything

Ok, talked dh into going tomorrow. I'm not sure what we'll bring...it will probably be some variation of rice and beans...j/k Are cookies ok?

Bring whatever you want. No real dinner planned. No real anything planned. This is just playgroup at night. I'm going to Costco in the morning and will decide what I am contributing based on what is available.

if anyone wants to skip food and go get some noisemakers and popper thingys for "midnight" let me know. I will go if not.

Work was busy and now home to hyper kids and comatose husband.

Can someone bring a Wii remote or two? We have two but I think four an play.

Happy New Year everyone!!

Alright I'm bringing Better Then Robert Redford Cake (aka Pudding Cake.) I already have all the ingredients so I don't have to go to the store which is a BIG plus.

Blue, did you ever get a pm from me about sourdough starter? Hope you're feeling better soon!

doularn just called me from costco and she wanted me to post what she's gotten. Here's what I can remember - a Ham, croissants, cheese, guacamole, chips, mozzarella sticks for the kids, drinks - juice, soda, wine. I think there was a couple of other things but I can't remember. I told her she needs to stop. She said she has no veggies if someone wanted to bring some.

So last night I could feel a cold coming on and this morning I woke up all sneezy/sniffly/stuffy/snotty. I feel Ok otherwise but unless nobody objects me to coming, I'm going to stay home so I don't get anyone sick. Sorry to miss all the fun!

D says he's a go I just need to decide what to do about M and her nose. If we make it I'll bring salad.
Okay, since when are we all germaphobes ??

If you feel like you want to come Crazy, come on over, same with Blue and M. We are all family and families are germy. Heck it must be helping our immune systems to be exposed.

Anyway, I'm fine with whatever.

But why do men think today would be a good day to do all the projects they have been putting off that have nothing to do with a party?
Well since I'm still feeling ok, I'll come as long as no one objects
post #214 of 218
No objections here.

We're good with germies, I'd just feel bad infecting others.

Our current plan, here at 4 pm is I'm going to take the two older ones and D will stay with M, that way she can keep to her little routine and just in case this nose thing is something more.

Okay that is a good plan but i will miss her smile. And who will you kiss at "midnight"?

The house is as good as it gets !! I'm off to shower and start thinking about what to do with food.
