My 6yo is really into Rainbow Magic books but, they are just a little bit too hard for my 5 year old. But, she adores hearing about the stories from her sister and is frustrated that she doesn't have any books along the same line.
I am looking for girlie type series books that are just a step down from Rainbow Magic.
She has read Frog and Toad and Little Bear so about that level but, she really wants something girlie - fairies, princesses, butterflies etc.....
