OMG! I am so glad I had it as a tool. Transition was intense, and pushing was long, but hypnobabies made all the difference in my experience. And I can't say I was the ideal hyponobabies student. But, wow, it helped. All my midwives remarked on how easy I made it look and how gentle a birth it was. Yay!
