I am SO happy to be here, you guys! My name is Mia, I'm 32, and I stay at home with ds who is 2 and a half. He is still nursing, and I have had the WORST trouble with my cycles because of it. I just got Maca and Vitex a couple of weeks ago to help regulate them, started taking the Maca about three days before O, and BAM...here I am! I am still shocked, but I am so happy because this is just about when I really wanted to conceive, give or take a month. I really didn't want my kiddos more than 3 and a half years apart, and this way they will be 3 years 3 months.

Question about my due date though: My last period started on the 2nd of Nov and ended on the 7th. I KNOW I O'd either on the 19th or the 20th. I've done two edd calculators, one said August 13th and the other said August 2nd. I'm totally confused. If I know for sure when I o'd - let's say it was November 20th - then wouldn't my due date be August 20th 2009?

Hmm...since I wrote that last part I have gotten 3 different answers that say August 13th. So I guess that what it is....one person said that I'm supposed to count 9 months from my O date and subtract a week...is that the general rule? I'm wondering why I'm supposed to subtract a week.

Welcome and congratulations on expecting baby #2.

I am not sure about your due date. I would use your o date to calculate your due date on the calculator. But I am not sure why your getting such a difference in dd.

Thanks mamas - hi Laura! I forgot who was in here from that thread....there's been quite a few bfps and it's hard to keep up with!

Speaking of which, I have serious pregnancy brain already. I was driving home from a friend's house a little while ago and I remembered that I had a phone call to make on Saturday(I remember this at 9:30 at night...duh). And then I was totally stumped as to whether it was Friday or Saturday. I actually had to ask dh when I got home.

It's going to be a looonng nine months. But hopefully pleasant like last time.

I used FF's O date 24 Nov on pregnology.com and got aug 18dd
I used same date on FF calculator and got 17 Augdd

Using O is better than using LMP isn't it? At the end of the day I was 11 days past my early ultrasound dd with ds...so who knows?
