They pretty much never go on sale until new ones come out. One thing to try is buy from some place other then Apple and go through ebates for money back.

As for sales I really want a new pair of high black boots. Mine are 3 years old and looking very sad especially after this evenings adventure with my loose horses and our mile walk through the snow :

Patiently looking for some great boots on sale.

I want a black pair... and my sister is looking for something in brown.

This is a good deal. I actually just thrifted two of these sets, NIB, for $12 each, but they aren't much more at Amazon.

I need to find some shaped silicone muffin pans on sale (hearts, flowers, stars, etc.) for bath product molds. That's the only thing I can think of right off.

Have you checked out Sierra Trading Post for boots? Great deals and great brands too.

I love "shopping" in our attic! Between DS1's hand-me-downs for DS2, and the tub of next-size-up, we are all set for the next year or so at least!

(Well, of course DS1's 18m clothes were all spring and summer, and DS2 is wearing 18m in the winter, so I HAD to get a few things at Gymboree on Black Friday.... But I figured out that I spent $100 and got clothes worth over $300 at original prices.)

Anyway, I am waiting for the next Garnet Hill clearance, they have some very cute toys that I'm hoping will be on sale after Christmas. We got some nice dominoes there last year for DS1's Easter basket.

I'll also likely get a few clothing items my family needs.

Okay, I haven't been following pricing, but for what it comes with and the size, $220 (after rebate) seems reasonable, specifically compared to other sites.

I have been wanting one for years, but I always pass on a good deal and figure something else better will come along!

We were just given a gift card for LL bean, so I am hoping to see some good deals there. The kids have a lot of clothes, but they have both been asking for a bathrobe. Bean sells them for $40, a bit spendy for me, but maybe they'll reduce the price after Christmas.
