I was thinking someone on this board was in Florida. If so, can you recommend a good alternative practitioner? This is off-topic but my MIL has an auto-immune disorder and is spiraling downwards. She sees multiple doctors and is loaded up on meds, including narcotics for pain, and I am really worrying about her. She is visiting for Christmas and I am going to try to talk her into looking at alternative paths rather than just taking more and more meds, which aren't even working. I did buy her the book Digestive Wellness, which actually has a chapter on her disease, but I think it overwhelmed her. I will also post on finding your tribe but since I know and trust all of you I thought I would check here first. Sorry for being off-topic!

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.
