I think I want to go gluten free. We've been dairy free and egg free for a few weeks and dd has slept somewhat better, rash on trunk gone, & some cradle cap is lifting. But she still looks horrible with dark bags under her eyes, eczema on her face, and she still can't poop.
I have seen blogs and books with lots of great recipes. My main hurdle will be getting hubby on board.
So, what do I need now? I just found an Azure Standard drop-off near me, so I should be able to place an order next month. We don't eat a ton of grains and we do already eat some other grains like millet and quinoa. I will need a great sandwich loaf recipe, as dh takes pb & j to work everyday.
I think it will be okay, I won't have to worry too much about substitutes, I am just wondering what is most versatile and tastes best.
