Not hostile or snarky at all. Hard to get tone across in text, I'm sorry. The first part was a genuine question (lots of couples have the set up where only one spouse really know what's going on with the finances, so I was asking if this was the case), the bolded was just for emphasis

I thought I misread that *lol* My apologies, I didn't mean to imply anything. Don't be sorry, it was my fault for misinterpreting it. You are right though, I am primarily the one who does the finances but I give him a run down of what is and isn't in the finances every week.

I guess, in my frustration, I kind of put him in a bad light without meaning to. He really isn't all that bad or how I unintentionally set him up in a negative way....
