palm fruit oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil, manioc sugar and vanilla bean powder. I need to sweeten it up and give it more flavor.

Cocoa powder and sugar? When I'm putting frosting on something, I figure sugar is fair game, I don't try to limit it at all.

When we do frosting, I do this: 1.5lb powdered sugar, 1/3c palm shortening, 2t vanilla, 1/3 c boiling water and pinch of salt. Mix the sugar, shortening and vanilla and add enough water to make a good consistency. I like it plain, but any flavoring could work.

Yeah, I think I'd add powdered sugar and vanilla (if you can do corn or if you have safe versions). Also if you can do corn you could pick a flavor like PP said and add some lemon extract or something else if it would work with the flavor or your cake or whatever it is you're frosting.
