do you rotate your diet? (so confused)

and if so, do you eat from same family on different days?? I know some people eat only from the same family on one given day, but I have read other rotation diet examples that include say acorn squash on day 1 but then summer squash on day 2.

I probably could do it so that we eat from a particular family only one day of the 4, but it would be sooo much easier to pick different things from the same family on 2 days instead of just 1 . KWIM?

Depends on the degree of intolerance. For us, we just don't eat "too much" "too often" of the same type of thing. Sometimes we do, and we learn what "too much" or "too often" means for us.

Don't you hate answers like that?

actually that helps b/c that means maybe I don't have to be so rigid as I thought and can be a little flexible with the rotations!

If you have a lot of intolerances, with a lot of reactions, the systematic way will allow you to recognize the foods which are more reactive.
