I took a clearblue easy digital... I'm 13dpo and af is due to arrive tomorrow (still no af symptoms though

I got a big fat

Not Pregnant

Digitals usually aren't as sensitive, actually. So I wouldn't count yourself out yet. Try a different test tomorrow or the next day. Good luck- hope you end up getting good news in the next few days!

aw, hon. I just replied to your other post.

That test only goes as low as 50mIus
the other ones you've been taking are 20mIus, and some say even 15.....

Try a EPT +/- (no other EPT), Equate (walmart) +/-, Rite Aid +/-, Target +/-, or Walgreens +/- (and a million more dollar store!)

It ain't over until the .... well, until your period comes! Sometimes not even then!

I agree with PP. You did get two positives on the more sensitive test so I bet it is just too soon for the digital to detect. Hang in there and test again in a few days. Good luck.

I'm in the middle of a severe winter storm (yay illinois! lol) and live in a town of 2500 people... we dont have any stores that sell anything. I still have my other digital... i took this one on not fmu but held pee for 4 hours (which was harder than you think. I went pee at work 3 times today)

So maybe... I'll drink a bunch before bed tonight and take the other on fmu?

I'm still really REALLY bummed out to see the "not pregnant" though. To the point that I started crying. This was our last chance to try for a minimum of 6-9 months and if not then either... we cant again for 16 months from now (another 7-10 months )

I agree with the others not to count yourself out yet. You did get positives on the other more sensitive tests. Maybe wait a couple days and retest. I know so hard when you just want to know already.

Ah, I understand the small town, bad storms.

How long ago did you get the first + on the cheapy test?
HCG should double within 72hrs (max). If the first test detected hcg at 20mIus, it could be six days from that date before the digital is able to pick it up.

Has it been that long?

I hope the very best for you! For an accurate test result the next time you test and for the best timing for your pregnancy.

I'm sorry mama.

I have to tell you though, I tested at 13 dpo and got a negative, tested again at 16 dpo and got two VERY dark lines. And 16 dpo seems to have been the magic number for a couple of different people online here.

So...maybe all is not lost? I'm not trying to get your hopes up for nothing...I'm just trying to say that if you are indeed pregnant, it just may be too early to tell.

I got my first pos just over 48 hours ago... it wasnt even with fmu, it was at 3 in the afternoon.

I got my second, slightly darker, pos 12 hours later. Neither were horribly dark I mean, it took being in brighter light than my bathroom has for me to see them, but they were there within 7 minutes, not even the full 10. once the pink from the test started to die down i started to see them.

I have so many symptoms its hard for me to believe I'm not.

My cp is nowhere near what it usually is pre-af... its still high and medium-soft, usually its at least halfway down and firm by now.

Plus I got heartburn today eating a freaking turkey sammich.... roast turkey with mayo and cheese on wheat.... nothing there that i ever got heartburn off of outside of pregnancy before...

I mean tacos, yeah, always get heartburn from them... but a turkey sandwich?

If I'm not pregnant there's something seriously wrong with me lol

If you can't get any more tests for awhile, I would wait until 15-16dpo and do a FMU (I'm sure that'll be really hard to wait for). I wouldn't trust a negative on a digital test at 13dpo in the afternoon, especially if you've already gotten faint positives.

Judging by how faint your first tests were and by what everyone is saying about how unsensitive the digitals are... I feel like an IDIOT!!!!

I suggested you get a digital!!

I'm so sorry!!!

Please, just relax and don't give up hope yet. I've been testing everyday and my tests are very slowly getting darker. I'll get a pic for you in my next post.

I just remembered I have to go to Dixon in the morning (the nearest city, where my hospital and my pregnancy-test-full dollar tree is) to take DD for an ENT appointment...

So I'm gonna grab like 10 of their tests...

And take the other DIGI tomorrow with FMU...

ANd if digi's still neg but dtt's are still pos...

I'll make the doctor give me a note that says "YES, Ryan, Mae IS pregnant." So he can feel better.

It's not that he doesn't want me to be pregnant, its that he doesnt want to get his hopes up if I'm really not... that's why i feel the need to prove it to him.

Wow... my 10dpo was slightly lighter than your 13dpo but my 11dpo was right about the same...

I just had some meatless tuna casserole (pasta, peas and cream of mushroom soup) and got HORRIBLE cramps afterwards... Curled up in a ball on the couch thinking "this is it, here comes AF"



It's the one time I'm glad I have IBS... when I realize its not AF cramps but that I totally ate one of my trigger foods >.< (cream soups... really kill my insides)

I got a pos test with my second...one of the two lines test.

Took a digital the same night cause I didn't believe that light line, and sure enough it was a not pregnant.

He is now 2!

I thought that would happen with this one, but it didn't. I guess each bambino is different!
