I'm just wondering how much you all plan to work out while you are pregnant? I just started a bootcamp yesterday that goes this week and next. I didn't find out I was pregnant until yesterday evening and it was a pretty big surprise. I won't be doing any more crunches but I plan to keep going to camp. I was also thinking of doing a prenatal yoga class as well that I found that starts in January.
This is my first time around so I was just looking for ideas on what you other ladies did during your pregnancies and what you all plan to do with this current bun in the oven!
