Does whole foods sell hams that are not injected with hormones etc? Do regular grocery stores?

I haven't found a ham yet that is safe for my kids (but not only can't it be injected with hormones, but it can't have corn, dairy, gluten, and all that other stuff). Though when I was buying my meat from paidom meats (pasture fed stuff in TX) I don't remember checking the ham to see if it was safe....

Ham is a tough one to find. Wellshire Farms is the closest thing to safe, but I think it does have one corn derivative in it.
I have to find soy/dairy free. I'll look at Wellshire Farms, thanks

I emailed paidom meats. Their ham just has sugar added (no dairy/no soy). And their animals don't get antibiotics or hormones or anything. Their pigs do get some grains though because the land doesn't have enough to sustain them. Take a look at their website. Their meat is REALLY good. I get it shipped to CT.

Here there is a local butcher, who gets animals from local farmers who don't use hormones/antibiotics, but the pigs could be fed corn possibly. They are just regular farm raised pigs, the old-fashioned way, but I remember as a kid, going to my aunt's house and we just gave the neighbor's hogs whatever leftovers there were from dinner...yes, we got to slop the hogs.
Good luck!

Good luck!
