STOP what you're doing right now...

...and go clean/declutter for 30min or so (let us know how long you worked on it). Take a before and after picture and share it

If you are nursing a baby while online or only have a few minutes free, do this before you go on the computer again!

I always get sucked into the computer at night...sigh... my only "me' time, but I REALLY need too be cleaning right now!

So I'll be back, before I go to bed to post pictures (unless a baby wakes up, then I'll post tomorrow)

Come on...do it...please...

I don't want to be the only one-

ok, I did it. The pictures are not that impressive, but it is much cleaner... I'll vacume & stuff in the morning. Here is the bathroom, sorry, it's tiny, hard to get pictures, it took 6 whole minutes, I also swept and cleaned the toilet-

Here is the living room, arranged kinda bad right now, I have no idea where to put the train table so it kind of floats around. I spent 35 minutes in here, dusted and organized toys (they all have thir place)...

OT, but the fenced-off woodstove made me giggle. We had that last year, but dd has finally learned the meaning of "hot" and "no touch".

I'll declutter for a bit when she finishes nursing.

I decided to work on my "junk drawer". It's a catch all for school papers, craft items, pens, toys, etc.

Before

After!

10 or more cookie cutters will be added to it... but I'm going to try to keep the clutter (papers!) out.

I totally did this and then took pics wit my new camera. Yeah, problem is I don't have a card reader for it's memory stick. My old one (which is the same brand) doesn't fit. Ugh. Off to the store to buy one...

Thanks for the motivation! No pics because it was nothing extraordinary. But I got up and unloaded and re-loaded the dishwasher, cleaned counters, swept the kitchen, took out the trash, etc. And I decluttered the one counter where everyone seems to dump their gloves, keys, receipts, and who knows what else!

You scared me!

Ds1 had already washed the plates but the rest was what happens wneh you feed 6 people and don't wash up as you go

Anyhow here's the evidence Before and After

This is the only area of useable worktop in our kitchen and it gets messy very quickly. I should keep it like this all the time but I don't.

Oh I forgot - it was 30 mins exactly and yes that is my fruit sticking out of the crock pot - dual use you know

I hate it when you take too long to post and have to re-log in and it erases what you just typed!!!!

I'll try again-

Drummer's Wife- the book case ie from Ikea

Amylcd- junk drawers are so easy to ignore, it feels so good to go through them!!!

lovesdaffodils- you got a lot done! I think I'm going to try and make it a habit to do one little thing at least before I go on-line

orangefoot-aahhh, don't you love waking up to a tidy kitchen!! I just baked, so I'm off to clean mine before bed.

Earlier when ds2 was napping I cleaned the fridge real quick before going on-line. The pictures aren't real impessive or anything, but I cleaned the shelves with vinegar and got rid of some old stuff, I love a clean fridge!

I like it too. I have one that I use as a knitting chest. All of my knitting supplies must fit inside it, or I have too many knitting supplies.

I love a clean fridge too!
I had to laugh when I looked into your fridge--it looks so much like mine, right down to what looks like the Wholesome Sweeteners molasses, Simply Natural ketchup and maranatha nut butter. None of my IRL friends' fridges look this way, lol. I have to know, though...what's in your butter tray?

I feel a 5-minute fridge declutter coming on...

In my butter tray there are 'omega truffles', they're dark chocolate with all these omega rich oils in it. I think it's just an excuse to eat chocolate

Your fridge looks great, and only 5 min!

I'm hoping to do my office tonight- it's REALLY bad, the pictures are an embarrassment! Hopefully I'll post picts tonight
