Hi, my sister is looking to get in on a veggi co-op. She lives in Dallas. If anyone has any info let me know. Thanks!

ooh... I don't know of a veggie coop. Is that like a CSA? There is a farmer's market in downtown, but I suspect that it's not locally grown food.

I have been contemplating joining this co-op for a while now, did you leave because of a bad experience, or other reasons? I'm a little scared to have to commit to three cycles only to hate it after one

at first it was really convenient for me, but then the location changed and it became more of a hassle to drive to it. also, my kids were a lot pickier back then and i felt like i was wasting alot of produce. i decided to go back to just buying what i needed at the store. i waver back and forth on signing back up, i probably will eventually. it really encouraged our family to eat a lot of things we don't normally and was a nice constant supply of fruits and veggies.

Thanks for the reply. That's the one thing I'm worried about (having some stuff I don't know what to do with, and then having waste).

I think you just have to wait for someone to contact you.
