So now everyone I went to highschool with and all of my friends and relations know that we are expecting. I have to say, it was much easier to do it that way than to make 20 phone calls.

Yes, I did the same. Much easier than telling everyone individually!

That's exactly what I did... I changed my profile pic to DD wearing a big sis tshirt and then changed my status to something clever SO much easier!

That's my plan for Christmas. After we tell the folks, I think I'm going to change my "message" and make my profile pic an ultrasound pic.

I did the same thing. There's no way I was phoning everyone and it saved people who knew from wondering if they were allowed to tell people who didn't know.

lol I did at like 4wks w/o meaning too...my best friend (several states away at college) asked how my bday was, and I wrote back (on her wall for all to see lol) that I got a BFP for my bday present lol

I have not done that but am worried someone else will out me! I am a college professor, so about half of my 300 or so "friends" are students or former students... and I'm not ready to spill it to all of them yet!

I did that after we told our families so that extended family would find out. I didn't really care to make 20 + phone calls. After all, we told all the "important" people in person.
