Yay you.
I just learned to make soap last month and it is such a kick. 6 girlfriends and I got together (2 of them knew what they were doing) and well all made a batch and then everyone swapped and got a bit of each kind. A couple of weeks later another 2 girlfriends and I tried it on our own and made 3 batches which we split and are using for Christmas gifts. I am also making lip balm, lotion, sugar scrub and I plan on making a batch of baby soap for my MIL who has very sensitive skin.

I can't wait to get some more experience so I can start experimenting.

I made some unscented with oats and honey, some with red swirls that is pomegranate vanilla scented, some in Christmas/winter molds with red swirls that is peppermint scented. All were made with organic virgin coconut oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, goats milk, and a bit or purified lanolin. It was all one batch, i just split it up. The only problem i had was in the honey oat one some of the honey and oats sunk to the bottom, but I simply cut off that portion, the rest is fine. I'm using mine for holiday gifts and am keeping some for personal use. Might try to sell a few on Etsy or something.
