DH loves ketchup, and so now DD wants to "dip" everything in it. Pancakes this morning.

I've made the ketchup from NT before, and he liked it, but I don't really want to lacto-ferment because my daughter and I don't tolerate dairy very well. I'm also a little leery of using canned tomato paste, but that may be unavoidable and is certainly better than regular store-bought ketchup.

Any other ideas?
