What to do with raw milk that has gone bad?

This is my first time drinking raw milk. The milk in my fridge has gone bad and I'm not sure what to do with it. I thought I read on mdc that raw milk can turn into buttermilk and sour cream. Does it happen by itself or do I need to do something to it? Also what can you do with buttermilk?

just hop online and look for some buttermilk or sour milk recipes! You can make all kinds of stuff, pancakes, cookies, muffins, etc, etc...

I just made a super tasty batch of stewed chicken with dumplings and used some really old chunky raw milk in the dumplings. They were the tastiest and fluffiest dumplings I've ever made

Sour milk makes great bread, pancakes, muffins, etc.
For buttermilk you need some buttermilk to add some of the culture to the already soured milk, so I think that idea's out.
You can leave it out until it starts curdling, then strain and make cottage cheese.

I once found a recipe for sour milk chocolate cake. It was the best ever!!

I use it in any recipe that calls for buttermilk - usually pancakes. I've also put it into breads (cornbread, rolls)
