Considering how little is understood about the long term affects of vaccines, and that some are so new we don't even know how long they will last, ask yourself....

... why would I ever enroll my healthy infant into 10+ drug studies at one time?
That's one of the better analogies I've heard in a long time. Excellent point. You are exactly correct, and the pharmaceutical/medical industry will never have an answer for this because patents only last so long, so they are forever coming up with new products.

I've mentioned this before but I'll repeat it. I had a conversation with a researcher a few weeks ago and asked him about product safety, and he said that they will NEVER be able to say a product is totally safe for two reasons 1) The trials aren't very long (only weeks in most cases) so long term effects are unknown and 2) there are so many products on the market that it is impossible to test them against one another.

It is a complete crapshoot. Plain and simple.

This is one I hadn't heard/read. Yes, criminal. Totally.

Most times, they just test it against another vaccine though...especially the combos...like the DTap Polio combo being tested against the DTaP...the DTaP being tested against the DPT.

Good science...good science

Yes, and their excuse is that it would be "unethical" to withhold potentially lifesaving drugs from the subjects of their trials, as though vaccines are in any way necessary for human health! :

All interesting thoughts. Some I've had and others I haven't

I liked the "wait til 12 months for cows milk" one.

What sort of reasoning do they have that they can't see these are legitimate concerns?
