MY Daughter was in Foster care in Arkansas for the last five years she is now 17 she ran away because she was being abuse in the system. She was Starved,beaten and mental abuse she was 97 pounds when she got to Missouri. all she want is to be safe. Now Arkansas want her back. I got her a attorney but need to find a way to keep her here. Does any one know a state statue what might help us.
