Flaxseed Oil

Do any of you use flaxseed oil? I love the flavor of Barlean's, and use 2 Tb. on my steamed greens every night. Anyone think this is a bad idea, seeing as it's not a TF?

Flax is fine in very small amounts.
Like the NT recipe for salad dressing. 1 tbls is in the whole recipe.
Flax is a thyroid depressor if eaten often. People with any hint of a thyroid problem should be very cautious in using flax in any form.
Read up on the proper amounts of Omega 3 to Omega 6.
