are helping promote circumcision as Aids prevention. Yeah, worked really great in the US, as absolutely no circumcised males in the USA have AIDS...

And why is the US govt spending our tax money on this??

Not a big fan of him anyways, but I'm a bit of a conspiracy theorist. I think he's also funding world population control.
