I want to make my own hairspray and other personal care products, however, i am not happy about them going bad quickly.
I have heard of people using rubbing alcohol, but that can dry out hair and strip colour. I was considering trying vodka, as it does not smell as strongly as other types of alcohol.
Has anyone ever tried using vodka as a preservative?
Are there other natural preservative i could use?
