Change.org and Vaccines

Change.org is going to assign special groups to lobby Congress for the top 10 ideas. This is not just some email forward that's never going to make any real impact. This is the real deal! This "idea" to limit vaccines and allow parents to opt out only has 11 votes right now- surely we can change that?
