How would I be able to tell if baby has low iron?

Howdy!! My Willow (10 months) is sick right now (teething low fever,ect).She's really pale and doesnt look right.How would I be able to tell if she has low iron?Or should I be looking for something else?

one sign is very pale lips
that's all i can remember right now.

She's looking much better today.I think it's just the teeth.Hopefully they'll break through soon.

My dd had greenish poop yesterday. It seems like I heard that being a sign of low iron. I could be wrong. Anyone know?

You slightly pull and look inside the lower eyelid. The color is optimally bright red. Old test doctors used before the bloodwork was available. But still valid!

Pinkish is OK but really pale is a warning sign.
