I don't have all my items uploaded on flicker yet, but I thought it would be fun to share some of the gifts I've made.

Here is the teddy bear I knitted for DS:

Anyone else have pictures of their creations to share?

Nice!

The felt bracelets are awesome btw! My dd's would love those! I could easily make some, and in time for Xmas too.

Me and the kids have been sick, so I've only been able to make very little for my kids so far.

Oh, those are very cute. I love the salad! I made DS felt food for last Christmas and it was so much fun.

Thanks for the compliment about the bracelets. I actually made a ton of those a few years back and tried to sell them...no one was interested. So it's nice to hear that someone likes them.

They are all beautiful, but the garden mat is exceptional! What a sweet gift!

I normally lurk in awe on the craft forum but I have finally started crafting this Christmas!

But first...

slsurface, that hatching dino is the cutest thing ever, it's adorable

Miss Information, snap! I made felt food too, it is very intensive work, isn't it? I would have quit ages ago except for the fact that I was posting weekly updates on my blog. I love your cookies, and your stitching is so neat (I am a messy stitcher!)

luvmyrory, the garden is wonderful. that is such a good idea making diapers for the dolls. I might try that, DD is always getting me to diaper them with towels or anything she has handy!

I managed to make a big pile of felt food for DD's kitchen which she is getting for Christmas. I'm also working on a felt board but that is for now, we're adding to it daily, making snow men & christmas trees.

It's good fun, all this crafting. I will make an effort to stay delurked here now that I have officially become a crafting mama :

Pixiemama,

Thanks for the compliments. I was looking at your foods, and some of them are really good. You can't even see some of the stitching, it's that unnoticeable.

It took me five hours today, but I went back to make dough for those cookies - you should check again . The cookies themselves took about 2 hours. Yes, I'm a perfectionist and I go SLOW. But mostly because if I don't my floss knots up. So I only hurt myself by rushing. I basically use my fingernail of the hand that holds the project to help line up the stitches. I compare each new stitch to the one before it. Sometimes it helps if you use floss that's really close in shade to the fabric so you don't notice the oopsies much.

SLS - that's stinky about the bracelets not selling. I think those are beautiful and I'm inspired to make some. I think they are quite exceptional. If I didn't have a crafty hand myself, I would buy them. I just have to emulate them.

If my nephew was younger, he'd flip over that dinosaur and egg. Alas, he's older now and into Lego Star Wars stuff and video games.

Rebecca - I love the needlefelted play mat. So lovely!

Knit Daleck for my DH: http://www.flickr.com/photos/archymommy/3119963855/
Please be kind...it's my own adaptation of this pattern (http://www.entropyhouse.com/penwiper...knit.html)...I had to make it smaller and simpler due to time constraints.

Thanks gals! I'm happy to say that everyone (with the exception of my sis - who I see this weekend) loved their gifts! I'm so relieved that the holiday season is nearly over...

Here's a bunch of stuff in my flickr Crafty set: http://flickr.com/photos/14632377@N0...7602270243364/

Pretty much everything after the babylegs and spiders.

Needless to say, my craft area is in need of serious cleaning and organizing! Hello New Year's Resolution!

Off to look at everyone else's.

Embellished Flour Sack towel. You can't see it real well, but the trees are a wonderful green corduroy left over from making our stockings a few years ago. I made several of these for different people.

A onesie I embellished for a friend's son.

I also did one for another friend's daughter, but forgot to take a pic before I gave it to her. It had an ice cream cone with pink ice cream and I hand embroidered the word "sweet" under it.
