I usually take my CLO in a green smoothie and feel just fine. Well, since it has been freezing here in the a.m I have not been craving cold beverages so I have been skipping the smoothie. Today at lunch I took my CLO by itself with lunch and now 1 our later I feel nauseous and like I am going to be sick. Has this ever happened to anyone? Any suggestions for me to take it besides with a smoothie?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Make sure you take it mixed with food or after your meal. I had read that taking straight oil on an empty stomach causes your body to dump bile, which is what makes you nauseous. When I was taking coconut oil daily, I also got real nauseous and loose bowels when I took the oil straight.
