is this an allergy to coconut oil?

Hi everyone,
I'm pregnant in my third trimester trying to eat coconut oil daily so that my baby is used to it when I am breastfeeding.
After eating, I feel very tired and lethargic all day. I crave caffeine/sugar for the rest of the day.
Do you think this is an allergy that my baby has? I have consumed coconut oil in the past and haven't had a problem. Should I stop eating it or see if I build up a tolerance?
Also, just wondering if there are any other good sources of lauric acid? When I breastfed ds my milk didn't appear to contain enough fat - i was following the SAD and ate tons of low fat food all day. What are some other good sources of fats to consume when breastfeeding besides butter/cheese, I don't want to overdo dairy due to histories of allergies.
Thanks so much!!

Whether it's an allergy or something else, your body is giving you a sign: coconut oil isn't a good choice right now.

Good sources of fat include nuts and nut oils, avocado, whole eggs and egg yolks, and fatty meats, poultry, and fish. Meat and poultry fats can also be used in cooking.
