Who HASN'T Got Their 1st PP Period?

Title says it all.

I haven't. I am 8 weeks pp and still haven't gotten a period. I quit bleeding at 4 1/2 weeks. I am not EBFing either.

Me! I stopped bleeding at 6 weeks postpartum.

Although, since having my IUD put last week, I've been spotting. Some days are heavier than others. I'm -- wow -- 10 weeks postpartum, almost 11 weeks.

I have not yet. I didn't ebf Colin until he was 2mos, and still didn't get my period back with him until almost 11mos pp. Count yourself lucky!

I haven't either (almost 11 weeks postpartum). But I am exclusively breastfeeding..... although Thalia is sleeping longer and longer at night (last night: 7 hour stretch! I was a little horrified, actually) so I'm expecting that soon I will get my period.

This is kind of funny but I haven't got my first PP period from my first daughter! Yup...three kids and no real period yet! At five months PP for my daughter I experienced some spotting (and since I was pregnant shortly after that I'm assuming that was a kind of period) and with my son I experienced the same spotting at about eight months PP (again, I was pregnant shortly afterwards). All three I have/am EBF though so I'm sure that will affect it and this time I have an IUD and I've been spotting on and off for weeks now...I'm really hoping it ends soon!

Oh, definitely not me. I typically go 2-3 yrs before my period returns - no kidding.

Well up until yesterday I would have said me, but now I think she's here. : I'm so confused- I didn't get her back until DD1 was a year old, and I'm EBFing, cosleeping, no paci, etc. This stinks!

Still no AF

I exclusively pumped with my first for 15 months and got my first AF at 6 months. I had cut out middle of the night pumping around 4 months since my baby was sleeping through the night and AF reared her ugly head about 2 months after that. Then I got pregnant after the second AF (3rd cycle). Hazel was conceived 25 months after Olivia was born.

My pp bleeding stopped at 3 weeks postpartum to the day. I had a postpartum hemmorrhage and resulting d&c at 9 days pp that might have effected that though.

No AF here yet at 10 weeks PP. And DD has been sleeping 7-8 hour stretches since 6 weeks. So I guess we'll see...

None here at almost 8 weeks pp and I stopped bleeding at about 5 weeks pp. I'm really, really hoping that Dh's surprising decision to not withdraw while dtd last week is not the reason! I'm EBFing and she doesn't go more than 4 hours without eating, so I'm hoping my fertility is just staying away.

Sorry that happened....I am in the same boat as you though. I am NOT EBFing either so that has got me a bit worried. Also I have been CRAVING shrimp.....same as what happened the last time before I found out I was pregnant and one of the reasons I took a PG test.

none here, but I saw a chart and for EBF I think it's pretty common to go at least 6 months. I hope so! I formula fed DS and got AF pretty early, maybe 7 weeks. (We're EBF this time--hooray)

on a tangent--I've been reading a lot online and if you're EBF, have no AF, and your baby is less than 6 months old it's as good of birth control as being on the pill. that said, we're using contraceptive films just in case.

I'm SO jealous of you ladies! I never thought I'd be one of the rare ones that is fertile prior to 6mo when EBF, cosleeping, no paci, etc. Enjoy it....it's so much more work to have periods now that I have Ally Rae.

I've been 15 mo PP every time. Like clockwork. I'd be utterly shocked if AF came to visit any earlier.
