I think in regards to smegma, it may have some dead skin, and semen in it, but its not going rancid under the foreskin.

I think that site got got me on a really fuzzy-brain day.

f you could address the chances of penis thrush (?) and not being able to retract when erect? I know I have heard from a few people that "tearing" is a major concern. I think if the foreskin is to tight and you try to have sex they think you can tear? I was with an intact man for 4 years and I never heard him complain once. DH is circed so I can't do reconnaissance
H was forcibly retracted by his mother as a baby. As a result, he has a line of scar tissue around his foreskin & until recently he was unable to retract at all. He sometimes got tiny tears in his foreskin from sex because the scar tissue was so tight. After using steroid cream & stretching for over a year now, he can retract quite a bit & hasn't gotten any tears for a long time.

So I am trying to grasp all this information, if my baby was already slightly retracted at the tip by the doctor (Which we will probably switch and not retract any more) does this mean I need to continue to retract only that tip to keep clean and not retract further?

Absolutely NOT. All you need to do is leave it alone. Do not retract and make sure no one (but your son) ever do that again.

No, it's best to leave it be. He should be the only one to do something like that. You should just continue to wash it like a finger, like you've been doing.
