Ahem. [dons nerd hat] My best guess is that George Weasley is now 30 years old. Harry Potter was born in 1980, and Ron is just a few months older, and the twins are probably about a year older than Ron. So, I'll say that they were born in 1979, making George 30 y.o.

Wait, I can't get this nerdy hat off my head. :

how in the world do you know that?!? does it say in the books somewhere that Harry was born in 1980?
Huh. I don't remember how I know this.

Well there's this I found on the net about Harry's age: in Chamber of Secrets Harry helped celebrate Nearly Headless Nick's deathday anniversary on October 31, 1992. Harry was 12 at that time. So this would mean that Harry was born in 1980.

And apparently I'm wrong about George, he's 31 y.o. According to the HP Lexicon Fred and George were born in 1978.

In interviews JKR provided lots of back ground information about her characters that sometimes clarified things, sometimes mucked them up, sometimes opened up heretofore unconsidered cans of worms. She probably mentioned the twins' birth year in some interview.

And, because F & G have an April birthday and are 2 years ahead at Hogwarts (1989), that would make them 1978 babies

We knew it was Nick's 500th and the year of his death was 1492 (it was on his cake).

To the question, is it Sanguini?

Are they a human? I think I am differentiating correctly between the two...
