Does it belong to a single individual?
1. Is it a person? No
2. Is it a place? No
3. Is it a thing? Yes!
4. Does it appear in the first book? Nope!
5. Is it enchanted in some way? Yes.
6. Does it belong to Harry? Nope.

7. Does it belong to a single individual? Yes.

Hint: Unlike Harry's wand which belongs to a single individual (but wands are not unique, most wizards have them), this object belongs to one person and is completely unique.

Hmm... does it belong to one of the professors (including Dumbledore as headmaster) at Hogwarts?
is it the time turner?
Is it neutral in itself but can be used for good or evil?

9. Is it the time turner? No. And that isn't unique, as there were a bunch more in Department of Mysteries that Harry, et al, encountered. I think.

10. Is it neutral in itself but can be used for good or evil? Yes. I suppose it could be used for evil.

Is it the Weasley's clock?

Edit to add... I just realized that doesn't really belong to a "single individual", does it... unless it specifically belongs to Molly, which I don't think it does.

Oh well, I'll let the question stand anyway.

Since I'm pretty sure the answer to my last question will be "no", I'll go ahead and ask another.

Is it Mr Weasley's enchanted muggle car? (Ford Paglia IIRC)

Does it belong to a student at Hogwarts?

The invisibility cloak that Harry's father left him.

11. Is it the Weasley's clock? No, but I think it's a legitimate question. We don't hear about anyone else having a clock like that, and I think even Harry refers to it as Mrs Weasley's clock.

13. Does it belong to a student at Hogwarts? Yes!

Time for a hint. It doesn't just belong to a student, it was made by a student, and it's the only one of its kind. Hope that helps!

=========

A magical object of neutral value, made by and owned by a student.

I hope this isn't a wasted question, but is the student in Harry's year?
