x-posted in Health and Healing... hoping to get as much help/advice as possible.

Hi there,
We have been living in Japan the last 14 weeks and are set to fly home to Canada on Tuesday. I just got an email from our good friend that her son broke out in chickenpox last night and that they are "prevalent" at the preschool where all of our kids go.
My older son received the vax (before I learned about vaxxes) but my twin 3.5 year old girls did not. If it is prevalent in a school, how likely is it my girls will get it? Could my DS also get a case (he has asthma and gets so much sicker when he gets sick...)? Will they be spotty and itchy on the 26 hour flight home? How long between exposure and spots? Could they infect the whole plane?
Usually I would be SOOOO happy to have exposure (except for DS's asthma, all three are healthy and happy)... but I don't think we can change our flight.
Help!
Edited to add: my older son had a fever (103) and bad headache and swollen glands for a few days earlier this week. He also had two red spots that looked like pimples, but not quite. Could he have had a mild case? He is feeling mostly better now, thank goodness. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
