help for eczema near the eyes?

Does anyone know of any creams that are moisturizing enough to combat eczema, yet gentle enough for around the eyes?
I'm not sure it's really eczema, but DH's skin under his eyes is really really dry and so sensitive. He's allergic to lanolin. I have him taking Evening Primrose Oil.
Thanks.

It's not exactly a natural solution, but when I had very bad dry, itchy skin around my eyes, I eventually went to a dermatologist and she diagnosed me with eczema and gave me free samples of Desonate. It worked really well for me, and the dryness and itchiness cleared up within a matter of days. I also had some hypopigmentation which took several months to go away, but eventually did. On a more natural note, I now use raw shea butter on my face as a moisturizer, and it works wonderfully! No more dry skin! : Your DH could try that under his eyes. Good luck!

My son ahd this for almost two months, and his ped shrugged it off by saying 'looks like he needs moisturizer' She said to use vasoline since other lotions were making it worse. Finally my DH made up chamomile tea, let it cool down, and started applying it to his face with a soft washcloth and it cleared up. Its worth a try!?
