I have seen recommendations all over the place for a book about play, and now can't seem to drudge up the name. Can anyone here help me find it?
It is authored by a man (very helpful, I know
: ), and is for adults. The premise is that play is a necessary social tool for learning, and the book gives recommendations for types of play and guidelines for good/safe play. I think it deals with the controversies over roughhousing and tickling, and that sort of thing, but I'm not sure.
I'm sorry that's so general. It is a very popular book, though, so I am hopeful someone will know what I'm talking about. pretty, pretty please?
