In dire need of a x-mas crafty gift for grandpa...

The title says it all. We are in dire need of a crafty gift idea for DS's grandpa.

This is a man who *HATES* to even hear 'happy birthday' let alone get anything. He was upset when his own son, DH, bought him windshield wiper fluid for his b-day and he wasn't too happy when DS told him happy b-day

Anyway, we made grandma a gift but, haven't made anything for grandpa. I really wasn't planning on making him anything because he always makes it a point to let everyone know he doesn't want anything BUT, grandpa just had a heart attack today so we *need* to make him something special.

Help!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply! I really like the fingerpaint idea. I knew we should have gotten more canvas!! And I'll probably make the eyeglass case too. Something from DS and something useful, can't beat that!!
