OMG!!!! I thought you meant bellies pics of our bellies NOW, (as in postpartum). Although I love funny stuff and can be quite the ham, I wouldn't want to terrify any preggo mamas out there
Quite the bellies, ladies!!! This is fun. And maybe pictures of deflated air balloons would be cool too. Ha ha ha. Although I rarely laugh about my belly these days.....

This is 39 wk 2 days, the night before they were born. As you can see, I have outgrown even my maternity clothes and am wearing my dh's undershirts. I usually have a nicer face on, but I was at the peak of uncomfortablity!

Makes my belly skin itch all over again just looking at these pictures.
And count me as another one who thought you meant belly now & that's not happening. I think looking at my belly will serve as birth control for my girls during their teen years.

Great thread.

My belly is measuring large, 39cm at 28w5d but I honestly don't feel that huge. I'm 5' tall and from my boobs to my hoohaa I'm all belly, but it doesn't jut out forward. I think that's why I've been able still pretty comfortable.

The twin skin is visible though, very low, but creeping up.

This is one day before I had my singleton (40 wks). I was still very comfortable at this point.

And this is 6 days before I had my twins (36 wks). I was getting very swollen, especially at the bottom of my belly, and was much more uncomfortable than I ever got with my singleton.

35 weeks with twins

I wish I had one from the end of the pregnancy (38 weeks for me) because I really did get SO MUCH bigger. Those last three weeks were so difficult for me that I guess documenting the experience slipped my mind.

Beautiful bellies ladies! Thanks so much for sharing them!

I do want to add for those currently pregnant that while things are a bit tougher with a twins pregnancy you're not necessarily going to be huge and miserable. At 38-39 weeks I was still out walking a mile or so from the train to the hospital for testing and I wasn't too uncomfortable. The worst part was my lower tummy got kinda spongy from all the swelling I had (Pre-E) but I wasn't much more exhausted then with my singleton.

For comparason, here is me at 39 weeks with my singleton (ok so he was 9 1/2 lbs, who's counting LOL!)

Aja that's some belly for 29 weeks!!!
i know! 43 cm's at my appt last week. that's bigger than i was when jet was born (at 41 weeks). the babies aren't measuring big or anything like that so i guess it's just the way they're in there.
