Christmas Dinner anyone?

Well, I'm bored so I figured I would ask what everyone was having tomorrow! I'm going to roast a chicken with sweet potatoes and onions, steamed broccoli and carrots, stuffing, and mac & cheese (DH's fav).
Anyone else doing anything special? I know everyone either is about to pop or has LO's to take care of so maybe someone else is doing the cooking? Or maybe your special tradition is to order Chinese food.
I think we're going to start a new tradition of having Mexican food on Christmas Eve! And then we'll watch "It's a Wonderful Life" and snuggle under the covers!
Well, I'd love to hear what everyone else is making! :

Well, normally we do a big seafood extravaganza, but since I am due today we decided not to do that this year. So instead we are going to roast a duck, and I picked up some different pre-made salad type things from Whole Foods, along with some olives, and nice bread. Nothing very cohesive, but it sounds good to us.

We were going to spend the holidays w/ family this year...the first time we lived near them in 5 years to do so...but babe came about 2 days ago so no way we're driving that far today!

On Christmas Eve we have a Mexican dinner. It's tradition for me b/c I'm hispanic and from Texas..this is what we do. So we have brought over this tradition to our family. Dp is on his way home to cook it. Tomorrow we have a traditional dinner that he will also cook. He cooks even if I wasn't 2 days PP So we do tofurkey, stuffing, broc/rice casserole, winter squash, cranberries, etc. :

I'm never in charge of the cooking either. This year my mom is going to make roasted pork loin (I'm a veggie so that's off limits for me), twice baked potatoes, croissants, asparagus, sauteed mushrooms, and german chocolate pie for dessert.

Sadly, Evangeline was diagnosed with GERD just yesterday so I am going tohave to eat anything with garlic or onions in it sparingly and go easy on the dairy

I cooked yesterday ... mushroom barley soup, fresh bread for a perfectly gruesome dinner with the inlaws ... these days, I'm only interested in cooking once a week or so! Maybe DH will make blueberry pancakes for dinner ... or waffles .... mmmmmm waffles sound good!

DH and DDs vetoed my dinner idea ... they've gone to get vietnamese instead ... but it's one of our all-time favorite restaurants, so that's fine.
tofu-pineapple soup & pan-seered tofu!

I froze our thanksgiving dinner and we had it today. It was so yummy. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberries:
I think that was the most brilliant thing I have ever done
