What a beautiful outfit. How long have you been knitting? I wish I could knit more intricate outfits but so far my repetoire is limited to hats and scarves, small knitted animals as well as many, many doll blankets.
I'm not sure if I knit English or continental either but I take a long time to knit too!
Anyhow, I think your knitting is awesome!!

pattern, now that's a good word . i am crazy about figuring it out. so i bounced off a pattern for a dishcloth and am using size 15 needles and double yarn. looks good so far. it is just a simple weave pattern, i can share it if you'd like. it's super easy. although i too am not sure 15 was a good size to start with, but oh well, i'm figuring it out.

i started knitting in april of 2006.....so about the same time !
would you share your longies pattern that's on your blog? i absolutely love them!!! or maybe you have a book recommendation. i have knit sweaters, leggings, hats and the like for dd, but no pants (or socks or booties) for that matter. when she was a wee-babe my knitting group (back in montana) kept us pretty well stocked, but since we moved, i am trying to make more for her to enjoy.
