Book about all religions for preschoolers?

I need a book for preschoolers giving the basics of various religions and their important stories. This could be one book or multiple books (one for each religion.) TIA!

I've wondered about that too. I hope someone has some ideas. My 5YO is really interested in other religions. DH and I are Christian ministers, but we just went to our friends Hanukah party the other night and boy was that a crazy conversation.


DD: "So wait. They don't believe in Jesus? But you said he was real!!!"

Me: "He is real. But our friends understand God better a different way."

DD: "There are other ways to understand God??"

Me: "Oh, yeah"

DD: "What are they? I need to know them because I do not understand God."


So I try to give her thumbnail sketches of other spiritual and religious pathes and she keeps asking "But is that true?" We had a good discussion and I am thinking she would love a book like that.

Sorry, I have NO recommendations for your for a book, but I DID want to say that I learned about Eid by watching a Teletubbies show. :

Crap! We don't watch that anymore b/c my boys are too big for it, but I loved that show!

Come on, someone must have an idea. I can't let my kids be ignorant for much longer!
