DD is 3 (I don't know if she still qualifies as a toddler, or where she fits now... sorry if this goes in toddlers...) She wears a size 5 shirt, 4 pants. Size 5 shirts fit her torso very well, the sleeves are *sometimes* a bit long, but usually not terribly, and we can roll them up a bit and they're fine. My problem is her head and the collar. DD has a kind of large head, and when we try and put on/take off shirts, they hurt her nose/eyes/ears/etc. We try taking them off gently and slowly, but most of the time she gets upset and starts yanking on them to get them off, which makes the collars catching on her head hurt worse. I've been trying to find button-down shirts for her, but as she grows, buttons/snaps are harder to come by. A lot of her 4t shirts/dresses have buttons, but now that she is in 5t/5, it seems they are a rarity. Does anyone have any ideas? We don't have a lot of money for new clothes, and I don't know of anything that we could do to alter her current clothes, but I'm willing to try. It just hurts me that she cries every time she changes clothes.
